Creating a Support Ticket

Ticket Creation

  1. In a browser, browse to support.techknowpros.com
  2. Enter the following information:
    1. Contact Name: Your name
    2. Company Name: The name of the company you work for
    3. Email: Your work email address
    4. Phone: A good number to get in contact with you
    5. Subject: Brief summary of the support issue or request
    6. Description: More detailed description of the issue or request. You can copy and paste screenshots directly in this field. 
    7. Priority: The urgency of the issue or request. If this is an emergency please follow up with a phone call
    8. Classification: 
      1. Problem: Something isn't working properly and needs to be fixed.
      2. Request: Some examples are new user, group, mailbox, or similar setup, new computer setup, help installing software. You need help but things are currently working as is. 
      3. Question: I'll be happy to answer
      4. Other: Anything else
    9. Attach a file: You can upload any screenshots or documentation
  3. Verify the captcha
  4. Click Submit

Screenshot Instructions

One of the easiest ways to upload screenshots is as follows. :
  1. Press Windows + Shift + S at the same time
  2. Drag the cursor around the error message



  3. Paste the resulting image on a new line in the description field of the ticket
