Knowledge Base
The knowledge base is a place for how-to guides and other useful information. This information provided by Tech Know Pros has to date been decentralized and usually sent via Email. Going forward all guides and documentation will be stored here. All existing relevant documentation will be uploaded here as time permits.
The knowledge base is divided into two sections. One labeled Tech Know Pros that will have general guides and information. The second will be specific to your organization. The search function will search across all articles that you have access to.
My Area
My area allows you to view the status of any existing tickets as well as reply or comment on the ticket as needed. If you are working with someone on an issue, you can view the status via the Team Open Tickets link on the right side of the page.
Creating a Ticket
From the help center you can create a ticket two ways.
- Clicking the logo next to Tech Know Pros, LLC at the top of the page
- Clicking the plus icon next to My Area from the navigation bar
User Settings
Clicking your initials in the top right corner of the help center allows you to change your user settings and change your password.
Some things you may want to consider updating are:
- Name
- Display Name especially if you go by a nickname
- Your time zone and date format
- To set the time zone, search for the closest large city next you like Detroit or New York
